Ένα ρετιρέ στην Tribeca στη ΝΥ όπου η ανεμπόδιστη θέα της γύρω περιοχής έχει αξιοποιηθεί στο έπακρο, με την χρήση υαλοπινάκων σε μεγάλη κλίμακα τόσο σε ύψος όσο και σε μήκος. Όλοι οι χώροι της κατοικίας απολαμβάνουν το φυσικό φως. Ο Steven Harris, καθηγητής αρχιτεκτονικής στο Yale, που ανέλαβε τη μελέτη του project, είχε την ευφυία να κάνει χρήση αρχιτεκτονικών τεχνασμάτων, όπως η σκάλα που δείχνει να αιωρείται στο χώρο, αλλά και να επιλέξει design κομμάτια μινιμαλιστικού χαρακτήρα, που ενισχύουν την ''καθαρότητα''του χώρου και δικαιώνουν την φιλοσοφία "less is more"...
A penthouse in Tribeca in NY, where the unobstructed views of the surrounding area has been fully exploited with the use of glass on a large scale, both in height and length. All areas of this penthouse enjoy natural light. Steven Harris, professor of architecture at Yale, undertook the project, had the intelligence to use architectural tricks, like a staircase that seems to hover in space, but also to use design pieces of minimalist approach to enhance the "purity'' of the space and justify "less is more" philosophy...
